American Heritage Merit Badge Workshop Dec 23

Genealogy MB

With the current COVID-19 public health crisis, now is a great time for Scouts home with their families work on and earn the American Heritage Merit Badge.

Redwood Empire Council will be hosting 2 webinars to help Scouts earn the American Heritage Merit Badge.  Scouts will need to attend both sessions and complete the requirements as shown in the Merit Badge worksheet (on resource tab for the Session 1 event page).

Before you start, you will need Scoutmaster approval to work on the Merit Badge, normally accomplished with an approved blue card.  Please fill out the front side of a blue card that is on the event page resource tab.  Please also get an email from your Scoutmaster approving you to work on this merit badge.  Forward both of these to American Heritage Merit Badge Counselor Bill Nay by the start of the first session (always copy e-mail your parent & Scoutmaster on communications with any MB Counselor)

Please also download the requirements and the worksheets for this merit badge.  You will need to submit your documents/worksheets and submit them to Mr. Nay at the appropriate time in the workshop.
