2020 Camporee On Minecraft!

Pomo District invites all Scouts BSA scouts to join us for a day of fun and competitions. Since we cannot have our traditional camporee due to COVID we have planned something even better! Join us on August 22nd on Minecraft Java edition to see how you and your patrol can build a campsite, have fun with various mini-games, an online campfire with awards, and patrol presentations.

Council/district events postponed-Service Center closed, staff working from home

The REC-BSA Risk Management Committee met on March 14 and again on May 8 to review concerns of Scouters and recommendations made by National BSA and county health officials. National BSA to Increase Member Fees effective August 1, 2020

The BSA National Executive Board has decided to increase the annual per member fee by $6.00 per person, the unit renewal fee (per unit) to $75.00, and institute a first-time new member joining fee of $25.00. Click here for the news article with complete details.
